Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original Pajar packaging and include all tags and documentation before sealing the shipping box securely.
Attach the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring no old labels are visible.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
